You bypass the delay you have from selecting a skill and targeting, lets call it animation by using a mental process of activation, quickcast. Thats why its unfair even though it is available for everyone.įor example, it could be made fair preventing target made skills from activating immediately, including a fair delay of lets say 0.2 seconds from which you could gain 0.08 from using the standard way and being fast.
